My friends and I signed up for pranayama classes with Ashley. We had limited experience, mostly through yoga, but were curious to try it. We have done 2 sessions so far and each one was unique. Ashley will guide you to discover the power of your own breath. I had a 1 hour zoom session, but it felt like 15 minutes. I wanted it to last longer. It was so relaxing, healing, it is basically a journey inside your soul. There is something about Ashley's voice that guides you to unknown peaceful place.
