  • As a freediver I can share that sessions with Ashley are exactly what Pranayama should be and my approach to breathing has evolved so much since I met her. Meditations so deep that my Garmin marked it as Sleep time (I wasn’t though). If you have the chance give yourself a chance to try this side of yoga.

  • Ashley’s breath work class is the closest I’ve come to deep meditation. For the first time in my meditation practice, I was able to feel fully present in my body for a prolonged period of time - blissfully out of my head and rooted in the now. Can’t recommend this class enough. Whether you’re new to breath work or a seasoned yogi, you’ll walk away feeling refreshed and equipped to deepen your practice in and outside of the studio.

She doesn’t judge and is very thoughtful with each person she interacts with. Through her teachings, I have been able to learn how to sit more comfortably in my own body as well as improve my workout performance.   • Not really sure what I was expecting. One of my friends wanted to try out breath work, so we signed up for one of Ashley's semi-private classes. Before we got started, Ashley took the time to walk us through some of the things that may happen during the experience and really made us feel comfortable. Once the it began, I felt so relaxed - almost like I was sleeping but I could hear her voice guiding me and bringing e back to the breathing. Overall it was a really relaxing experience, I would recommend it to anyone who is curious about trying pranayama.

  • My friends and I signed up for semi-private, in person pranayama (breath work) classes with Ashley. We all had limited experience with breath work, mostly through yoga, but were curious to try it as a friend was telling me that it really helped her through some anxiety. Before the class we were sent an email with some basic "what to expect" information and when we arrived Ashley gave us time to ask questions and get settled in. We have done 2 sessions so far and each one was unique - I was actually pretty surprised at how much my body absorbed after just one lesson - things that felt strange quickly became familiar. The entire time Ashley guided us through the breath work, we all felt very safe and calm and once the meditation was done, we didn't feel rushed at all and every person had an opportunity to share. I highly recommend these sessions to anyone who is considering breath work.

  • This was my first experience with breathwork and Ashley made me feel very comfortable. I'm a new mom so I've been pretty stressed with lack of sleep, but our session totally relaxed me. I think I even fell asleep for a portion, but Ashley guided me back softly and told me it was normal when we debriefed at the end lol. Afterwards I felt so zen and refreshed. Highly recommend!

  • I think one of the best gift we can give to ourselves is to "be". She will guide you to discover the power of your own breath! I had 1h zoom session with her, but felt like 15 minutes. I wanted it to last longer. It was so relaxing, healing... (lack of a better word). Effects last longer, it is basically a journey inside your soul. It is not really something someone else can explain, you'll have to book a session with her. There is something about her voice that guides you to unknown peaceful place. Can't wait for my second session along with my Son soon. I encourage everyone to try it out for themselves ! A big thank you!
